We use in-game messaging whenever possible, but it varies by title. For certain titles, we will use mule accounts which you will gain access to for the purpose of transferring credits, so that it is secure and your own login credentials are not comprimised.

If 24 hours have passed and you still have not received your credits, please use our contact form and specify the game title, transaction date and amount, payment method and your email address and we will investigate immediately. As a general rule of thumb, your credits will be delivered within 30 minutes of purchase.

Yes, as long as we have not fulfilled your order you may speak to one of our represenatives to have it altered. If it has already been fulfilled, please make a new order and request cancellation of the old one using our contact form.
